E-CoMart was originally created in order to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized suppliers from around the world. However, if you are a alrge supplier, you may also join the E-CoMart community. Typical buyers range from small retailers and wholesalers to large buyers and retail chains. |

| 6. What is the E-CoMart Product Classification Systemİ? |
The E-CoMart Product Classification System enables sellers and buyers to find each other based on their exact needs. To allow for automatic matching, both buyers and sellers need to identify their needs using the E-CoMart category treeİ. The category tree consists of many product types within a specific industry. E-CoMart's classification system is the most detailed system available anywhere. It consists of more than 10,000 products types (only for the consumer goods industries!). The Category Tree is a list of categories & sub-categories, in which all of E-CoMarts products, stocks and purchase requests are organized. There are up to four sub-categories in every branch of the "tree". | 1. How do I become an E-CoMart member? |
| In order to become an E-CoMart member, you need to fill out and submit the Registration form. Filling out the first registration form will provide you with a Basic Membership. You may continue to Gold Membership registration immediately after completing the Basic Registration, or at any other time in the future. |

| Basic Membership to E-CoMart allows you to view and search for information about companies, products, stocks and Purchase Requests, and to contact other members of E-CoMart. Basic members cannot publish Products or Stocks for sale, cannot publish Purchase Requests, and are also not entitled to publish their Company Profile on E-CoMart. |

| Gold Members can all create their own Company Profile - a powerful promotion tool. They also enjoy access to the value-added services of the E-CoMart Community. | Product or stock profiles are active webpages that look just like a catalog. By filling out the product or stock form, a special E-CoMart Product/Stock profile will be created, containing all the information you have provided regarding any specific product or stock. |

| International E-CoMart members and non-members will be able to view your profiles. The members will also be able to contact your company. The members who have expressed an active desire to buy products in your type of category, will receive your profiles automatically to their Trade Manager. |

| You can search for Purchase Requests using the E-CoMart Category Tree, or by using the Quick Search. You may contact companies that published the requests simply by clicking on one of the requests to go to the Purchase Request profile. |

| Simply select the main category you are interested in and keep on selecting the relevant sub-categories. After selecting the final sub-categories, a page will be displayed, presenting all the matching Products and Stocks. |

| By using Quick Search, you can look for Products and Stocks using one or more specific criteria. Select and fill out one or more of the following fields in the Quick Search Box: Product/Stock name, related key word, source of origin, price range. Proceed to press the Search button, and view the result pages of the Products/Stocks which match your search criteria. You may also use Quick Search, when searching within a specific category or sub-category. |

The Trade Manager is E-CoMart's friendly and easy to use - Trade Management Tool. Through the Trade Manager, users may gain immediate access to all the information they need. The Trade Manager serves as a daily business tool. Buyers and sellers are able to control and monitor all trading activities at E-CoMart. Buyers are able to follow up on new products or sellers that match their needs. Sellers can follow up on their posted products and connect with target buyers. |

| The Buy Folder is where gold buyers at e-comart receive the targeted profiles of products, stocks or purchase requests. From the Buy Folder they are able to sort the profile according to different criteria, they are able to bookmark the products and they are able to contact the sellers. |

| 3. How do I upload image files and text files, and what kind of files can I upload? |
To upload an image: Press the 'browse' button next to the text box (in the upload window). Select the file you want to upload and press 'open'.
After selecting the required files, press 'Submit Query'. You will receive a message stating that your files have been uploaded successfully. The maximum file size that may be uploaded is 40KB. If you exceed this limit, you will be alerted, and the upload will not be completed. Image files should be either GIF or JPG files. Text files should be formatted as PDF or DOC files. |

| Open the login window by pressing the login button. Click on 'Forgot Your Password', enter your e-mail address and click 'send'. You will soon receive an e-mail message from E-CoMart, containing your Login name and Password. |
